Arizona Tax Credit
The Arizona Tax Credit allows an Arizona taxpayer to contribute $200 per individual tax return or $400 per joint tax return to a school’s extra curricular program. To ensure that students receive the donation in their choir account, please send your check and tax credit form to Dr. Spencer. She will copy the form and check for her records and send it on to the district office. Tax credit contributions must be postmarked, or electronically submitted by December 31 of each year in order to be applicable for that tax year. District will mail a receipt to the address on the form. Download a 2011 Tax Credit form now!
Western BBQ & Silent Auction - November 5, 2010 - 6 p.m. GHS East Lawn
Thank you to our family and friends for their support in making the 2010 Western BBQ and Silent Auction a huge success!
This year come and enjoy a great night of entertainment (the students sing solos, duets, skits, whatever they work up!), the food is wonderful, the auction items are great and not to be missed!
Don't miss this opportunity! Food, Fun, Fellowship! What could be better? Your son or daughter will be selling tickets to the event. In addition, EVERY ticket they pre-sell will go directly into THEIR Choir Account! This is a great fundraiser for them and for the program.
Also, the students will sign up to bring items for the silent auction. Please help them take care of this. Their one item makes a difference. We have wonderful baskets that bring a lot of money to the program. An item that costs you $10.00 grows into $160.00 for the program! Man! I wish I could get that good of dividends for my own finances! This works and is wonderful because of people like you.
If you, as a parent, have a special talent or a business that would be beneficial to someone, think about donating something for the BBQ!
Lastly, we need lots of help that night, too! The students will be working hard for set up, clean-up, and serving. WE NEED PARENTS TOO! Remember, many hands make light work! If everyone does a little, we all benefit. Dads! We need you too! A whole lighting crew needs to be put together for this. Mostly, buy tickets for your family and friends and come on out to the BBQ! GREAT FOOD, GREAT FUN, GREAT ITEMS, GREAT KIDS, GREAT FAMILIES! Did I forget to mention this is one of the most fun events of the year? Don't take my word for it! Check it out for yourselves!
